PDS website gets a rebuild
The Phoenix website is scheduled for a completely new look.
We have budgeted for a complete new revamp of the website, it was a long time coming and was needed to keep up with the growing demand of our customer and clients who are accessing the website using portable devices.
James Worrell, the Service Director of the PDS said "The new website will allow our customers as well as our service team to access the website and input their call logs all on line on their tablet computers while on the call or on a customers site".
"This will help with the engineers paper work and enable the engineer to report realtime back to head office on what is going on and if any parts are needed to repair the machine".
Andy Gibbons, the Managing Director of PDS has said "I fully support this new website design, this will improve our customers experiences when working with us".
Once the new website goes live, the website will be in a "trial phase" for approximately 3-5 days after which time the site will be deemed as live.
