Operator Training
We can provide on site operator training. We troubleshoot & address any production issues with our time and motion studies.
On Site Support
We have provided on site and on call service solutions to customers, this can be 24/7 during large, time critical production runs.
Inks
Working with our international ink suppliers, we can colour match & supply any colour you require for digital inkjet and litho printers.
Consumables
We have sourced replacement consumables at a fraction of the suppliers price. Our parts are of the same working specification.
Service Contracts
We can provide ongoing service contracts to support your business needs. These will include servicing and repairing your printers.
The engineers at Phoenix Digital have setup their business at the right time, the service that we were getting from the machine manufacturer was terrible, so we decided to look at alternative service providers in the market place, this is when we found Phoenix Digital Solutions, we have signed up for a service contract at a fraction of the price we were paying with the product manufacturer. They now service all of our Scitex and Kodak Digital Print equipment on site.
