How long does shipping take for parts?
Shipping, depending on your location can take anywhere from 1 working day upto several weeks. Contact us for more information stating the part(s) you require and where you would like the items sending to.
What is the lead time for filters?
We have some stock of our most ordered filters, once this stock has been exhausted, our factory needs 3 weeks to schedule production in. Large orders can be split up into 2 orders where we fill the first part of the order using our warehouse stock and place a replenishment order to refill our warehouse and order the remaining filters needed to fulfil your order completely. Larger and regular orders can be placed directly with us, please contact us directly to set this up.
What is the lead time for ink?
Phoenix Digital Inks are manufactured and shipped in 5 working days. If a special custom colour is needed, please contact us as soon as you can so we can manufacture an ink for your printing system, have drawdowns sent for your approval. If required, we can then quote a price for a service engineer to attend your site and flush and re-fill your system with the new ink. Delivery is your choosing, we have expedited and standard shipping, let us know if you would like expedited shipping, this will be charged to you at cost (and possibly a handling fee), be default we will use standard shipping.
Where is the ink manufactured?
The ink is manufactured and shipped from the UK so keeping the delivery costs down, by using our ink partners, we can have the ink manufactured in your country depending on volumes and demand. If this is something you would be interested in, please contact us directly.
